मेरी जमीन is a digital service platform providing access to property owner contact information.

  • Once contact information is successfully delivered, the service is considered fulfilled
  • Refunds are only applicable in specific circumstances outlined below
  • All payments include 18% GST as per Indian tax regulations
  • Payment gateway charges are non-refundable in case of customer-initiated refunds

Services Covered by This Policy

Contact Information Access

Payment to access property owner's contact details including:

  • • Owner's name
  • • Email address
  • • Phone number
  • • 30 days access validity

Standard Price: ₹50 + GST (Total: ₹59)

Document Access (Future)

Payment to access property documents:

  • • Property legal documents
  • • Verification certificates
  • • Additional documentation
  • • Extended access period

Note: Pricing and terms will be updated when feature launches

Refund Eligibility

Payment Failed but Amount Deducted

Eligible

If payment fails but amount is deducted from your account, full refund will be processed automatically

Timeline: 3-5 business days

Duplicate Payment

Eligible

If you accidentally made duplicate payments for the same property contact access

Timeline: 5-7 business days

Technical Error

Eligible

Refund will be issued if there was a technical error preventing access after successful payment

Timeline: 5-7 business days

Property Owner Contact Info Already Public

Eligible

If contact information was already publicly available before your payment

Timeline: 3-5 business days

After Receiving Contact Information

Not Eligible

No refund once contact information has been successfully delivered and accessed

Changed Mind After Payment

Not Eligible

No refund if you change your mind after successfully receiving the service

Property Already Sold/Unavailable

Not Eligible

No refund if property status changed after you made payment (information is still valid at time of purchase)

Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation

Due to the instant digital nature of our service (immediate delivery of contact information), cancellations are not possible once payment is completed and service is delivered.

Pre-Payment Cancellation

  • You can cancel before clicking "Proceed to Pay" button - no charges apply
  • If payment window is closed before completing payment - no charges apply
  • After successful payment completion - cancellation not available

Subscription Services (Future)

If we introduce subscription-based services in the future, separate cancellation terms will apply and will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  • Refund Initiation: 2-3 business days after approval
  • Bank Credit: 5-7 business days from initiation
  • Total Timeline: 7-10 business days maximum
